Whether Your Real Estate Needs Are Big or Small, Call Hope - She Covers Them All!
Hello and thank you for visiting my site! I have been selling Real Estate since 1995 and concentrate on the Greater Knoxville and Anderson County areas. I have earned the designations of Multi-Milllion Dollar Producer consecutively and specialize in New Construction and Development. Education is a priority for me, and as a result, I hold a Broker's License, have the Certified Resdiential Specialist designation (CRS) am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, (GRI), and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). I also have my Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Public Relations. On a personal note, I have been married to my college sweetheart since 1986 and am still in love. (some days more than others) We have two wonderful boys. We live outside of Knoxville in Anderson County. Recently my husband and I appeared on CBS' Reality Show, "The Amazing Race" and had a blast. No, we did not win the million dollar prize, but we made some wonderful friends, and had an experience of a lifetime! Click on the tab ~Amazing Race~ to see more! After traveling, I am even more sold out on East Tennessee and the beauty we have to offer. I enjoy what I do and hope that if you find a need for Real Estate, you will give me a call or e-mail me at HomesRUs@icx.net.
Here are some points of interest about Knoxville. Knoxville is the largest city in East Tennessee and ranks third largest in the state. It is located in a broad valley between the Cumberland Mountains to the northwest and the Great Smoky Mountains to the southeast. These two mountain ranges help provide a moderate climate, with an annual average temperature of 58 degrees. There are 99.4 square miles in the City of Knoxville and 526 square miles in all of Knox County. Downtown Knoxville is 936 feet above sea level. The Knoxville area is frequently cited in national surveys as a quality place in which to live. The University of Tennessee calls Knoxville home, making an array of educational and cultural opportunities available to area residents. Affordable housing, health care costs below the national average, a low crime rate, and a pleasant climate with lakes and mountains nearby are factors which make Knoxville an attractive place to settle. There is no state or local personal income tax in Tennessee. More information can be obtained from the city at (865) 215-2083 and the county at (865) 215-2392.
